Muhammad Iksan Kiat was raised in a modest family, guided by a belief he has held since his youth: knowledge is a form of service. His journey led him to the Russian Federation, where he completed both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in petroleum and energy studies, shaping a global perspective on a strategic industry. Upon returning to Indonesia at a relatively young age, Iksan was entrusted with the role of Ministerial Expert at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, contributing directly to efforts to increase oil lifting and strengthen national energy investment. Beyond government service, he remains active in youth and professional organizations, bridging academic insight, field experience, and the aspirations of the younger generation.
